Why no hidden fees?
Every quote includes the system, all pipework, fittings, the dedicated tap (on the RO), professional installation, and an initial water test before we start. The price you see is the price you pay — not a "supply only" number with installation added later.
What's Included in Every Price
Before you compare us to anything you find on Amazon or a Spanish plumbing supplier — make sure you're comparing like for like. Here's what our installation price always includes:
Every installation includes all of this
🔧
Professional installationOur British team fits everything — pipes, fittings, brackets, waste line. 2–3 hours, zero mess left behind.
💧
Water test before we startWhen you're ready to go ahead, we test your water on arrival so you can see exactly what you're filtering out — and the result after.
🚰
Dedicated tap (RO systems)A separate pure-water tap, fitted to your sink. No sharing with the main tap — always pure on demand.
📦
All pipework & fittingsEvery piece of pipe, every connector, every fitting — supplied and fitted. Nothing to source yourself.
🎓
Full handover & demonstrationWe walk you through everything — filter life, how to change them, what to expect. No manuals, no YouTube.
🔔
Filter change remindersWe remind you when your annual filter service is due. No guessing, no forgetting, no dirty filters running past their best.
An under-sink RO installation. The dedicated pure-water tap sits alongside the main tap — instant access to filtered water, always on demand.
The Ongoing Costs (No Surprises)
The installation is a one-time cost. The only ongoing expense is the annual filter change — and this is worth understanding before you decide which system to choose.
Buying bottled water (average family)~€480/year
RO system — annual filter service€90/year
Whole house — annual filter service€150/year
Under-sink carbon — annual filter~€60/year
To put it another way: the RO system at €399 pays for itself in under a year if you're currently buying bottled water. After that, you're saving €390+ every single year, permanently.
Five-Year Cost Comparison
If you're thinking "it still feels like a lot upfront" — here's the real picture over five years:

Buying bottled water

The maths are hard to ignore
Over five years, an RO system costs you €849 total. Buying bottled water costs €2,400. That's a saving of over €1,500 — from a one-time investment of €399. And that's before you factor in the plastic, the effort, and the quality difference.
Why Not Just Buy One Yourself and DIY It?
You can. A basic RO unit from Amazon Spain or a local supplier will cost you €100–€180 for the unit alone. But here's what that price doesn't include:
The push-fit fittings, pressure connectors, and waste line adaptor specific to Spanish plumbing
The dedicated tap and the hole-drilling (stainless steel sinks are harder than you think)
The pressure test and leak check once it's connected to mains
Knowing whether your supply pressure is compatible
What to do when it leaks at 2am
Our €399 installed price is genuinely competitive with a DIY kit once you add up parts, a plumber's call-out, and your time. The difference is you get it done right, with a British team who'll answer the phone if anything ever needs attention.
A clean, professional install. Filter housings on the left, pressurised storage tank on the right. Everything tucked neatly out of sight.
Common Questions About Cost
Is installation really included, or is that just marketing?
Genuinely included. The prices on this page — €199, €399, from €699 — cover the system, all fittings and pipework, the professional installation, the water test, and the handover. We don't add an installation fee afterwards. The only cost you'll ever see beyond this is the annual filter service (€90 for the RO, €150 for the whole house), and we'll remind you when that's due.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
No. There are no call-out fees, no survey charges, no "supply only vs installed" pricing traps. You get a clear quote via WhatsApp before anything happens. If for any reason the installation requires something unusual (very old pipework, for instance), we'll tell you before we start — never after.
What does the whole house system price depend on?
The whole house system is sized to your property — a small apartment needs a smaller unit than a four-bedroom villa. The "from €699" price is for a standard apartment installation. Larger properties or more complex plumbing may increase the price slightly, but we'll always give you a firm quote first. Most installations fall between €699 and €950.
I'm renting — is it still worth it?
The under-sink carbon filter at €199 is specifically designed for renters — minimal installation, no permanent changes to the property, and easy to take with you if you move. The RO system at €399 is also increasingly popular with long-term renters, many of whom simply ask their landlord first (the answer is almost always yes — the landlord's appliances benefit too). We can advise on which option suits your situation when you get in touch.
Does the price include the water test you mention?
Yes. When you've decided to go ahead and we visit to install, we bring a water testing kit and test your supply before we start. You'll see your actual TDS reading, hardness, and chlorine levels — and then you'll see the filtered result. It's a great way to understand what the system is actually doing. This is part of every installation, not an add-on.
What happens if something goes wrong after installation?
We're based in Tenerife South, not the UK. So if you need us, we're here. In the rare event of an issue — a fitting that needs adjusting, a question about your system — you message us on WhatsApp and we sort it. We've been here a long time and we're not going anywhere. That's the difference between buying from a local team versus ordering online.
