Chapter 1: The "Aha!" Moment
It started, as most things do, with a personal problem. After moving to Tenerife, we got tired of the chlorinated tap water and seeing our kettles destroyed by limescale. One day, Max installed a reverse osmosis system in my (Adam's) apartment. The difference was staggering.
