I'm renting — can I still get a filter installed?
Absolutely. The under-sink carbon filter at €199 is designed exactly for renters — it requires minimal installation and leaves no permanent changes to the property. Many of our customers rent, and landlords almost never object. For renters who want the full reverse osmosis experience, a conversation with your landlord usually results in a yes — they're protecting their own appliances too.
How quickly can you come out after I contact you?
We aim for same-day response on all enquiries and typically install within a few days of your first message — often sooner. New arrivals are a priority for us because we know how much is on your plate in the first weeks. WhatsApp us and we'll get something in the diary fast.
Do I need to be in for the installation?
Yes — we'd always recommend being present so we can show you how your system works, walk you through the maintenance schedule, and answer any questions. The installation itself is clean, quick and typically done in under 90 minutes. We leave everything tidy and explain everything clearly before we leave.
I've already been here six months — is it too late to benefit?
